Refund & Replacement Policy

Read this page before raising any request. The conditions below apply without exception — knowing them upfront saves time for everyone.


Before you read further — the three things that matter most

No refunds. All sales are final under any circumstance.

No returns. We do not accept returned items.

Replacements only — within 7 days, with proof of purchase, and an unboxing video for damaged items.

Time limit

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of received. After 7 days, no exchange can be offered under any circumstances.

To qualify for a replacement, all three conditions below must be met:

  • Unused — the item must not have been fitted, washed, or used in any way
  • Same condition as received — no damage, marks, or alterations of any kind
  • Original packaging intact — all original packaging must be included and undamaged
Second replacement

One free replacement is offered per order. If a second replacement is required, a charge of ₹500 applies.

Required for every request

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. No replacement request can be processed without it.

The following are non-returnable regardless of condition or reason:

  • Complimentary products

No refunds are issued under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Missing or Damaged Items

Mandatory requirement

You must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims for missing or damaged items will not be processed without this video. No exceptions.

What the video must show

The sealed package before opening, and all contents as they are revealed without interruption. Recordings that begin after the package is already open are not accepted.

Why we require this

The unboxing video protects you as much as it protects us. It provides clear, timestamped evidence of your order's condition on arrival — allowing us to resolve your request quickly and without dispute.
